I strongly recommend that you look under "training" here (144856.1).

Also this is the speed training analysis: (78242.1)

And also this is not the right forum to post. Post this in the help forum. But I'm sure one of the GMs will move this thread.

are we so predictable?? :P

Indeed very predictable :P

You can change the skill you're going to train as many times as possible during the week. However, what matters is the skill that you've set to train before the friday's training update takes place.

So for example, on monday you've set to train JS.
Tuesday you change your mind and change to handling.
Wednesday you change your mind and change to OD.
Thursday you change your mind and change to JR.
On Friday the training you've set is still JR, and the training update takes place. The skill that was trained would be the JR. So during the week, you can change as many times as you wont, but what matters is the skill that you've set to train before the Friday's training update.

I hope this is clear.

To get 48 minutes is pretty simple. What you have to do is to get your trainee to play at the specified position for the training for 48 minutes or more.

So for example, you're training one position pressure. One position pressure training is at PG position. So what you do is that you play your trainee as a PG for 48 minutes within a week (48 minutes can be done in 1 game, or could be split between 2 games, or even 3 games, whichever that fits yours). If you do that, you should see that there is "48+" for that trainee in the training section on the club management page.

No, you cannot train 2 skills in a week. You can only train 1 skill in a week.

So say you set your training as JS (for wingmen)on Monday and on Tuesday's league game, you play him as a SF and get him 48 minutes as a SF. Then on Wednesday you change the training to JR (one position at SG) and on Thursday's scrimmage game, you play him as a SG and get him 48 minutes as a SG.
In this case, the skill that will be trained will be the JR because that was the skill which was set before the training update. So despite the fact that you've played him as a SF when the training was set for JS for wingmen, because you have changed to the training to JR, the only skill that will be trained will be the JR, not JS.
