I have some experience with the elastic effect.

Last season, I trained JS on 4 players.

22 Year old MVP popped every 2 weeks, without a doubt. Had high OD, DA, PA and DR.
21 Year old superstar popped ever 3-4 weeks in JS, had low handling, passing, driving in comparison to his OD/JS.
21 Year old per-allstar popped every 2 weeks, had high OD, PA and DR.

There's no plausible reason for my 21 year old superstar to pop ever 3-4 weeks, but because his other primary skills were less than half the ability of the MVP and Per-AS, it's no surprise he popped slower.

Thanks mate. I think I should pump his handling for a couple of weeks before training OD. I am currently developing his PA.

Both started off with tremendous last season, the MVP 22 year old now has phenomenal jump shot, the superstar only has marvelous.

Yes, he only popped twice.. I trained JS for 11 weeks with a level 5 trainer.
