well how superstar 23 YO with 44 k salary can reach potential...

playeer Lau Than Tam (14032182) 23 Y.O. superstar, with lvl 5 trainer, no popup 7 weeks Jumpshot forwards, also no popup 4 weeks pressure (when trainings swiched). full 48 minutes played every week on position needed. (no secoundary popups also)

I'm experianced manager, playing 10 seasons, and had trained &sold many players..
I have never experianced this so I have serious doubts that this is a bug, probably potencial numerical value is not matching written one.

what you are experiencing is very frustrating, but due to different randoms in the GE( and possibly sub-levels in potential), 23 yo is quite high, and JS can take quite a while to pop. I think it's just a matter of bad luck to not have a pop after that much training, but in 10 seasons, 1 player will give that random to you.

Yes, sub-levels in potential are quite possible, but 44k salary belongs more to all star than to super star...

Well if all of you are suggesting that there is no bug in this, then ok... this one is going to TL immediately...

and any other player affected with 'random' virus should be kicked off the team after 3 weeks without popup

That's exactly what I I'm saying. No bug.

Also, if you sell him, the next team might get a popup after one week of training. I'd suggest you keep him until he pops up ad then sell him if you're not happy with the speed of his training.

I have a player on my team that did not pop the whole last season, despite being trained all the time. This season he had 4 pops in four weeks, so maybe the OP amassed high sublevels - hang in there.
