Yeah, actually i trained jump range for sg's earlier in the season, and this player got his minutes, but did not receive any pops. So he should receive a pop in jump range to average this time. Next time i'll single position train him, to get that pop.

I meant trained Jump Rage for pg/sg.

For a 20 y/o prospect (21 next year), 4 pops in JR and 1 pop in OD is probably an entire season's worth of single position training. It's not a bad plan and then you can train DV and PA when he is 22 since those train up pretty quickly. If you want this guy to be your start then that's how I would do it.

Well he is a $3,600 20 year old so I can't say I find him very exciting. However if you are very dedicated you can pump his JR up about 4-6 next season as well as getting some JS, HA and DR. However, I think he is too old to make into an all rounder so you should just decide if he is to ba a PG or a SG. If a SG you can fairly much ignore the PA (not what I would suggest normally) for now and just make him a good finisher. However if you want him to be a PG he will need a ton of passing and 1on1. Whichever way you want to go more OD is always beter.

If he is short enough and JR is submitted to elastic effect like it's here, I'd say 4 pops in JR take 8-9 weeks and OD takes 2 weeks, so that's 10-11 weeks and you have 3-4 weeks of the season left, so enough for 1-2 more OD pops. But it all depends on JR which is considerably slower than other guard skills.

Yes exactly, that's what i was saying about jump range, it really is the slowest, found that out weeks ago. So by thursday night its now down to either jump shot and outside def. I know outside def is the most important and i may decided to train outside def for gaurds, not looking so much for a "pop", although i am, but just as long as the positions that i'm training, the players get 48+ minutes, i know they improved, though i'd like to see pops.

I just bought me a nice trainee, but the bad thing is is that he's 19. He's a 6'8 small forward, he could be a combination of an outside based small forward, a power forward except for his inept inside def, or a sg. This week i'm going to play him as a sg.

I'm only going to post two of his skills, divisional reasons. But his jump shot is respectable, outside def respectable, and right now, those are the only two skills for this player that matters to me that i want improved, especially outside def. There was a senegal advertisement for their national team as well, so i suppose that means that he could probably play for their national team, if trained right, though he's a bit too tall to train as a sg, but i'll try to train him as one any way this week.

Well, i'm saving some money right now then i'll buy some 18 year olds. Eventually i'll buy a couple of more players that are at least $10k. But you have to understand, its not that i'm not taking your advice. Its just that all this will happend in the future, i'm saving money.

But with what everyone has said, i figured out how to train him now. I appreciate all of the advice, but please don't think i haven't been listening or that i won't take the advice. Because i've taken other people's advices on other things such as firing players, and ticket prices just recently.

And that sf is going to be my sg, as a back up in league games at least. And yes, i understand that i should have trained properly and that would have 15-20k salary players by now, i messed up the pass few seasons. But i have been listening.

I don't know why are you still giving this guy any advices...I remember him from few months ago and can't believe you two have the same discussion again, heh. If someone thinks he's smarter than anyone giving him advices, let him be.

@Cleveland cutters: Saving money to do that in the future? You can buy 3 18y olds with 4k salary and allstar/perennial allstar potential for under 100k (not per player, but for all three). Don't tell me you can't save that much money in two-three weeks.
