I played Patient in my first (and only, so far) game. It's not a good indicator, since there were 10 No Names in the Forfiet (I fielded all 12 of my players).

My PG did okay, buy stayed outside. My SF (actually a Center with 7 Driving/7 Inside Scoring and 7 Jump Range... but low Jump Shot) went 3 of 4 from Down Town. My Back Up SF (an Actual SF, who is probably my best player but comes off the bench so my Youth can play) came in and blew up. 16 of 26, 3 of 6 from outside, 35 Points in 21 Minutes.

If my PG had better Inside Scoring he probably would have shot better than 3 of 9... but even in Patient I still put up 23 3-Pointers, hitting 13. I don't think my teams JS/JR is that good, mostly luck against No Names IMHO. Still, Morrissey (Back Up SF) seemed to have been killing it inside.

Looks like, if you have decent Passing and Ball Handling, Patient will do fine... getting the right guys in the right spot. I'll stick with it a bit to test it more. :D

JR is a lot more important than people realize when it comes to 3 point shooting. Basically why my guys can't shoot threes for ****. I don't really care though as I want to shoot layups, but 2-3 isn't too bad against a team like mine if you can live with giving up the mid range jump shot

what would be the best tactic against 2 3 zone ? =P

Any tactic.

Preferrably outside, but Look inside and Low post will also get you there. If you fall behind, your guards will hit 10 3s in last quarter and win it for you.

I dont know if this actually works good or not cause im just gonna talk about one game... so my last game http://www.http://www.buzzerbeater.com/match/36188284/box... i forgot to change my offense and accidently played look inside against a 2-3 and the whole game his post players and sf were in foul trouble and my center basically killed his players on the inside.... maybe its cause look inside is fast pace but it definitely worked in that game

firstly that was a real lucky win.as far as the explanation is considered heres what i would say-
your C is much better than his.moreover the player which played for 18 mins at C has a strong defense which is really low to defend.moreover his players are in low GS and this would have given you additional benefit against his big men.
so these 2 things really went into your way and your team killed his by huge 25 points.

If you are just starting, I'd advise you to start with base offense and, according to your results, then try different tactics.

Even if you lose some games, it's an investment that you can make up in the draft =)

lol.
i'd much rather face a 2-3 zone than anything else when playing look inside. random examples, since i can't remember better ones: (32851464) & (32851429)

but even with mediocre (5) outside scoring & only strong (8) inside scoring, 2-3 zone still is awful... & that's with the other team using more effort the 2nd game. also it should be noted that both teams' starting centers were making almost twice as much money as mine was!
