just briefly :D.. I am looking for U21 position in your country.
After 6 seasons on BB, I just reached II. division in my country (Slovakia). Strong league with big community and successful U21 team. I have huge experience with training young players for U21 teams. I trained players for slovak, spain, honkong, pakistan and indian U21 teams. Now I have greece U21 international and potential italian and lituania U21 players.
I helped slovak U21 team as consultant before and what is important, I am Pakistan U21 manager these days.. You may see my results in this country.. With so small country (only 2 active managers last season) I reached 79th position in rankings what is the equal best position in new era in Pakistan. And I did it with players aged 18 to 20 years, so I left that team in much better shape as 2 seasons ago.. You may ask, why I am leaving Pakistan.. Because it has pretty silent inactive community and no cooperation with U21 and NT teams.
Why Luxembourg? You have a potential in your young team, you have good base and I hope, you will have active community, which would help U21 team.
Why me? I am experienced manager, know how to train young players, have managed U21 Pakistan team who has pretty similar structure, problems and base and of course, I know this secret formula about "one posted training" :D..
Plans. The main topic is to adapt one posted training in your country and find domestic managers who will train young players for NT teams.
Staff. I will use domestic managers to help me with U21 team. For me is important to use guys, who are competing in the league, where young potential U21 players are playing..
