I respect and understand your point of view but many users have different. Many users (supporters or not doesn't matter) are disappointed.

I pay for supporter (no matter how much money it is) and I expect that this money will be good use. I don't see this. I'am very disappointed because the problems are more and more.

I don't represent all the supporters. I represent only those, who as I are unhappy with the notorious delays and express it in this thread. You don't have to agree with me. It's simple. If you support protest, you wirte it below. If not, you don't write anything.

at the moment I'm not a supporter, but I strongly considered myself as a BB supporter to be,
for now I postpone my decision of buying the supperter because of different delays,

I agree that there are a lot of delays recently. And I believe that BB-s are working very hard to solve this problem. They can do one thing like some other online games do.

They can extend your SUPPORTER for amount of down time in that month. That would be fair.
