Emirates stadium :
"Actual construction of the stadium began in February 2004. And the stadium itself, two bridges over the Northern City railway line connecting the stadium with Drayton Park were also built; these were completed in summer 2004. The stadium topped out in August 2005, and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget."

Well, i did not search for long, thats the first stadium i googled
May be in france it can be accepted but i highly doubt it is in every country.

But this is not the point, i would just like to know if my expansion is buggy or not. Just need a yes or a no.

I like the parallel between IRL and BB! I didn't know that BB's wanted to make BB as real as possible. I mean, a lot of things don't work (training and box score always out of time, arena expansion estimation completly wrong, etc...) and there's always someone to tell us that is normal. BB could be the best simulation but all that bugs, it's really boring.
Before, i was accomodating but now, i'm sick and tired of that bugs and i think about stop.
A drop in the ocean for you...

Same if i wanted to give up this season, i couldn't because there are 2 teams really weak and i couldn't finish behind them...
