I believe you are on for something, but I have a small improvement for that one.
Why not use select and drop instead?
Select the players you want to move, and move them as a group (saving the inner order between them).
It is a better one, because you may want all the 19yo to be last, but there may be exceptions like height, potential and others.
But then again - basically I think you are right.
