Age? Height? What are you training? And most importantly, skill set and potential as it's quite possible he's capped.

Here is some information about my trainee. Perennial Allstar potential. Currently $66,000 salary and 25 years old this season so all training weeks except the most recent one occurred when he was 24. Training Pressure to improve outside defense from Colossal to Legendary. Here are his minutes since his last pop. Level 5 trainer.

I don't think my trainee is maxed out because I've seen players in the TL with higher salaries.

You can check this site, the salary and cap calculator seems pretty precise to me.

Close as it can be for a calculator, I guess. At least the cap thing has been fairly accurate for my players.
I assume the program calculates some subskill here and there and that leads to some odd results for the salary.

It could be elastic effect. What are his JR and other outside skills at. If you're not comfortable with putting his skills out there, you could use relative levels.

I can say with a great deal of confidence that your player has capped.
I have a perennial-allstar shooting guard with a $69000 salary and the link that you were given above has him at 99-100% capped. and my $67000 perennial-allstar point guard shows 96-100% capped.
So while skill points not salary is the important data to check and make certain, it does seem that your player's salary/potential coupled with the pops he's not getting put him right in that range.

Yes, I also think he is capped. Cuz you know, there is a sub level of potential, so if he is 8,0 or 8,1 it's normal.
