2.players who passed age 21 must be under observation if they played in the young NT so by right traning they can play for the seniors.

I think after 21 years old its manager of the senior NT job but if he needs helpi will help him!
do you plan to have some assistents tp help you by searching new talents?

well i helped u-21 here in Greece. Greece has 5 categories. Malta has 3 so i think it wont be that difficult.

Hi. Thank you for your questions.

1. Malta is small country with small community and it is problem in draft. From draft isn`t so good player for U21 or NT. I will search player with potential 5+. If I don`t have so many player, I will take youger player with good potential.

2. I want be in contact with NT manager. If I will have some player with potential for NT, NT manager tell me what he should traner.
I prefer in start training primery skills.
