The question is whether you're giving the most important trainee 100% versus what? 98%? 95%?

And what's the other trainee getting, and what minute split are you assuming you can achieve in the 3rd game? What's the 2nd most important trainee gonna get? A 36/12 minute split to make up 30 seconds on your most important trainee? So instead of a 95%/100% split on training you'd prefer a 100%/70% split (past the low 40s minutes definitely the speed of training decline increases)? That's fine if you have one good trainee and some scrubs. But in the aggregate, it's wasting valuable training slots.

Furthermore, if that 3rd game is a blowout, you could easily screw up the minutes on your most important trainee.

more information is needed on this:
A. Whats the difference between his best trainee and the other guy
B. Is either u21/NT caliber
C. Is it the 2nd most important trainee?
D. The exact % you lose out

I have the answers!!!

A.) The difference between the best trainee and the other guy is right around 27.89 BB units.
B.) he is a U23-1/2 caliber prospect
C.) This one is easy. The OP said he is the most important trainee
D.) 12 second works out to 2.8744% of lost training

Hope this was helpful

You;d give the lesser important trainee the 48 minutes and the guy's "most important trainee" the shaft of the 100% training though?

That I don't agree with.

If we had access to the actual data and could run a simulation a million times on this, I would imagine that the loss of training from potential injuries from the second game would end up more than offsetting the difference of a mere 12 seconds of training.
