To me it's a balanced team. Everyone above 135 skillpoints. Team skillpooints; 699. 700 to round it off. Then I'd have my backups at 811 every core skill and 7-9 every secondary. I like my, and I'll probably train them more than Guards.
PS, when I'm done building my bigs (PF/C)I'll get two great potential guards (MVP+)

How come handling is so important? I mean, my team can do good with 9-11 handling........bang. I like to focus more on shooting+defense.

9-11 handling is great. For D.V.
When facing OD 13+ however, your PG needs at least 13 HA and 12 PA to be succesfull.

True, I deliberately kept SB a bit low because if not, I'd have to cut either IS, RB or ID. And with Perennial allstars I'd rather max out primary skills. If not, I'd have a medicre defender/rebounder with good (not great, mind you) SB.
I think they would fare well against other P.allstars because they have specific skillsets.

Haha, well I guess I forgot to check mine against the p.Allstar cap, so I'll be switching them all up a bit to meet it(and no that doesn't mean something stupid like infinite passing for big men or vice versa)
Gonna do all of them to just under 24 on the cap scale.

Some terrible looking (to my mind) SGs I see there too. Like 17-11 (JS-JR) and so on. Of course for a Look inside team only that could be useful (if the bigs were good enough). I think a balanced SG should have 13-15 or 14-14 there (with 28 skillpoints as above) if the team wants to ever play outside offense (succesfully).
