In checking your roster
you simply have too many prospects to train, 7 in all (18 & 19 - all excellent potential)
if you don't train them than they will lose their value
you need to select 3 and single position train
or give 6 of them double position and get ready to sell some of them

Just a follow up to what Gunner said, looking at your roster you have some primetime talent that's ready to become great. But glancing at your transfer history I'd probably just stick with single position training your big men. Especially that 7'3 Superstar monster you dropped 300K on.

So try and sell all those 18 y/o Guards now before their value depreciates anymore heading into next season.

I may be late in this response but I highly recommend you train the 7 footers you have...train stamina and free throws as well...with passing to keep defenses honest...and if they get too high in salary...sell them for a nice pot of loot!!! Good fortune to ya!!!
