If you have good offensive flow (driving, handling and passing), try patient. From experience, you will get open shot after open shot. :)

I want to suggest patient as well. It may be difficult at your level since players arent great, but it can really help avoid turnovers as well as score you lots of points.

Patient actually works very well from my experience. It leads to several dunks and threes. It doesn't seem like it would, but it does.
But you are right, any offense would really work.

As stated by others. Definitely 3-2 zone. Look Inside would be my choice of offense and try and put 3 perimeter players in the game with high handling and decent passing. If they have low handling you're in trouble.

Patient seems like it might lead to more chance of turnover.

I agree with this, that is why I stated that play patient if the offensive flow is high.

A few seasons ago, I constantly played full court press and against good teams playing patient, I noticed that their pace is faster than the usual as they got good looks early. Additionally, I think that the statement from the game manual

A slower pace will often result in higher-quality shots, but occasionally will result in bad shots at the end of the shot clock.

follows but with less chance of having bad shots at the end of the shot clock as full court press sacrifices defense. Thus, for me, it is better than having bad-average shot quality with a fast pace offense.
