It takes time to build a good team. It's easier now as players are much cheaper than before but it still takes time and patience. Don't do anything rash, like in real life.

We used to be quite busy, even with our own offsite forum, but many old people had gone and the new ones aren't as chatty as them.

I got a 18 years old 226cm center and i'm training him now.
I sold other potential SG so others can train him.
