Nice post I also seen like Wolph. Nippon community must need to developing more.
Timeline to YC. YC whatever I said earlier last season, so sorry about this. I also like to you. Please do more and trying to build for Nippon U21, this is also very important for NT. Do the best YC, try to give more time for U21. Wishing you all the best.
Our thinking will be same ways or different ways, whatever we wanna seen Nippon team highest level in the world. That will be our dream, our hope, our goal. Wishing you all the best and can make success for Nippon one day as soon as possible.

You had great involvement with a small part of the community how will you expand that?

What is your policy on LI/M2M/blanks & walkovers?

What is the most important focus for the team in the next 2 seasons?

The answer to your 1st question is easy......SCOUTING!! I thought that if someone had a baller, they would want them on the team....but it seems like I missed a couple of good 21's last season probably due to the team they were on being farms. A farm team isn't going to send you the players skills...so I have to be more diligent in scouting.

question two....YES!!

My policy.....I will never give a W/O....experience and just for the fun of the game...LI/MTM...I love it...when in ROME as they say.....Blanks are weak...and I think they would be hard at the U-21 level

Last Question...
winning is always important, but I think having a hand in the development of the youth of Nippon is the most important....too get the 21's ready for the Senior team is key..

Great answers.

I note we have a player called notepad also running. I also remember we wanted a local to run & get 1 vote so we can avoid BBKing situations in the future. Wolph can you run & vote for yourself?
