On principle I'm against teams moving because it's usually just because the owner found some dump city willing to give them a bunch of free stuff. But Seattle deserves a team more than Sacramento does. If we're going to restrict the number of teams in the NBA we might as well have teams in places where the most number of people can go to a game.
