i played 3-4 years ago under a different name so now im trying to relearn that and just noticed the amount of GMs are down

OK, now it makes sense. You can ask on the forums, as you'll probably get a quicker response. Unfortunately, in the past few seasons, the population has dropped from ~60k to to 43k users. In that time span, BB-Charles and BB-Mark have also gone inactive. Things have changed, but we're still trying to move forward.

I don't have a clue about this.

As for right now, I think we'll be fine. There also are a few Forum Moderators (Mods) to help out.
