National team need to show a larger body of players and managers, if not more, it can only be achieved by increasing the existing activity. In this national team pilots are the key. If we can get the novice manager to train the player even if the U-21 member will increase his interest to play and active managers is increasing. This will increase competition which in turn produce better players for national teams.

I think you will find the team actually won 3 competitive games over the last 2 seasons. sure we didn't win any last season as the level of competition was much more difficult. I also think you will find that tge NT made it to the 2nd round of the African Championship two seasons ago so that goal is not an improvement. To be honest I think you should have got your facts right before running.

What are your goal with South Africa ?

Do you think the relations with U21 manager are important ?

Goal: move to final round of African championship, then let's see. Next season try to catch home court advantage in Consolation tournament. Refresh roster and set foundation for future growth.

U21: I spent seasons on the other side, so yes, it's important (and I used to have good relationships with my NT counterpart)

3. Do you believe in elastic Effect and can you capitalize on it? What are the effects you see the elastic effect of the public U21/MJ players workout?

1. it's a micro country. I had to include potential FOUR (4) in my U21, in a larger country you'll never consider below 6. After chaange of draft rules (impacting incoming generation of 27th, so replacements of aging players), smaller countries were deeply penalized as few good players were drafted by bots. If in U21 you can limit damages pushing potential 4 (African tournament is not as competitive as others), in NT nobody takes a potential 4 or 5 stretching his potential to top, so you'll miss great players. However, you have to be patient (and U21 plays a key role to cultivate "high" potentials making them interesting at 22 years onwards) and not loose players on the road.

3. Elastic effect exists. It's hard to capitalize in this NT as you're simply missing trainees: who would buy a 22 years, 208cm, potential 6, 13 RB and 6 IS/ID? More balanced players are more suitable to buy bought by good managers, that's why U21 is critical.

1.RSA is small community(only 11 Active Teams) and we have not choise. We must play with current players. If you look Bulgarian NT team, you will see players with 8,9 and 10 potential. Most of RSA players are 7th potential. We must save more players with high potential, but this will be difficult. As I wrote only 11 active teams = not so much good players from drafts.

You are right ! My mistake ! I was looked only 2nd group stage, that is the reason that I was wrote only 1 win. My goal is to reach @ least 4th place in 2nd group stage (that was what I mean in my previous post), Sorry for this misunderstanding.

Unfortunately these is not much to do. when I used to be' U21 coach here I always posted messages before and after matches, adding others about team and players. I sent messages directly to managers to suggest training programs, check progresses erc and to invite them to participate to forum, especially when there was any pupil of them joining the team. I cannot recall more than 2 or 3 managers participating. As GM I've regularly checked SA forums but no great changes along the time. You, as manager, decide to participate or not: my personal estimation is that topping 30% of participation rate is a great result, and that means 3 managers in SA

I will wrote preview and review for every game. I will try to organize some kind a game with 3 month supporter for the winner. We must disscus our opponents and games.
