My second point: for example, to put a player in the transfer list should have an economic cost....(as in HT)

this also has the negative effect that there will be less players available on the TL.
Maybe in the future when BB starts to get ugly big ;รพ it could be usefull to prevent TL clogging, but as of now I think it will be more interesting to not have it cost money. Especially poorer, starting teams that are unaware of the value of players might fire players they otherwise would get 10 or 15 k for, thus loosing money they truely need. Now they can go ahead and put all players on the TL, if they see they do not get sold, they can still fire them...

- A player that leaves or comes to your team should have influence in the team enthusiasm (I don't think is a good idea to limit the number of transfers...)

Or something more akin to formation experience.

Except this is challenging to implement, since there are really no formations in BB. Maybe it can affect the specialized zone defenses.
