You have an extreme amount of luck in your last draft.

You drafted a hall of famer on the final pick! LOL. He should be the cornerstone of your team.

You should get the training for that guy 48 min a week.

Download the training program excel spreadsheet. Try to work out the best arrangement (probably 1 on 1 forwards with the amount of trainees you have).

Get an advanced trainer.

Etc. But that is a good start.

Develop you arena.

Some changes that i decided to make

I have an lvl 5 trainer Superior i believe the name is called

Im currently Training Jean Delamarche and Joel Law at center currently doing inside defense until a pop for inside scoring happens.(from what i been told that happens).

I currently trying to sell Orru. He is getting up in age and i need his time to develop my other players.

im Also currently have Joel law starting at C while JD is his back up. JD is going to start Full time no sub in my scrimmages to get his time up.

since he developing here Joel law stats

Hall of Fame
Game Shape: average
Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: atrocious
Outside Def.: awful Handling: awful
Driving: atrocious Passing: average
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful

here is JD stats

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: average Handling: inept
Driving: respectable Passing: average
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

im thinking of developing them first then try developing their inside fence to 10 or 11 then try developing inside to same level. then try developing

Just wondering what you paid for your trainer and what his salary is
for the most part, a level 5 trainer is more than your level requires
and more than you should be paying

can someone give me some tips on how to train my team and overall get better.

You are in d4....just perfect! This is where you want to build your arena not in d3.
May I suggest an ambitious plan, you will steadily see the benefits of this plan and allow you to spend with muscle down the road..on trainers, players you do your thing.
May I suggest a 5 season plan of dropping at least 2000 seats every season. The bleachers, that is 700k, after the seats are built provided you have a continuing competative team. You will see the revenue rise...resist the urge to spend the new funds you will get...continue to train, but the focus is building your arena. The next season...drop in 2000 more. After the second season, focus on the higher price seats, 1000 lower lvl seats will be within your spending range, keep putting the money back into your arena. Remember you are a GM, not a coach your primary focus is to help the team win while making a profit......focus on your infrastructure (arena), train a franchise player, a solid not an elite staff, and good supporting players, and you will win a great deal.

Salute!

First of all if you want to know how to train your men you need to download the software to assist you. There is an excel sheet that can help. I'm not sure where it is.

Your hall of famer needs to get trained with one on one forwards. That will get his handling/driving/jump shot/inside shot up. You will probably want to train that for 2 seasons since his starting handling is so low. You will probably have near 7 JS, 10 IS, 15 handling, 15 driving. Then you can focus on JS/JR/OD/pass for a season. He will be 21 at that point. Then you can work on getting his inside shot to around 15. After that you can focus on inside defense, rebounding, and shot blocking until he is upper 27-28. At that poiny he should be maxed out.

Skills Ideally:
12 JS
3 JR
5 OD
15 hand
15 driv
8 pass
16 IS
18 ID
16 RB
16 Block

Anyhow that's how I'd handle it. Also, level 4 trainer is probably ideal.

Also your stadium. While you have low expenses. You should look to build to 15,000, 4,000, 500, 50. For instance I am putting in $350,000 into my staduim once every two weeks.
