What if a one position training at the SF position trained something like 35% OD, 35% ID, 20% SB and 10% Cross training. That seems fair in my mind.

That's pretty much what I had in mind. Maybe less on the secondary but either way, that's the idea.

I would be okay with that, but 40% OD, 40% ID, 10% SB and 10% CT. What is it when you train pressure right now? Does 80% go to OD or is it less than that?

It would be nice if and only if it was less efficient than training it separately.

Just like js for forwards is less efficient that training js for guards and inside shot separately.
