He's a nice looking trainee but you wont like the atrocious passing when you are ready to promote. Passing pops fast no matter the height. Try to at least get him to mediocre passing. His outside defense is a bonus for a guy his height. If you were able to train one on one forwards for a season and then passing for a season he would have a really nice foundation for a great center. You would get a couple pops on inside shot in the meantime. You could attack his inside skills at age 20 and still have no problem capping him at age 24 or 25. Great trainee.

I would consider one on one guards. and training passing.

Add a few more trainees to train with them.

Very good roster to start with! Great trainees!

If I remember correctly, 1 on 1 Guards only gives a very small bump in JS over 1 on 1 Forwards, but Guards doesn't train IS at all. Forwards is the more efficient in my opinion.

If I were you, I would rotate 1 on 1F`s(you need the high handles and driving for the passing elastic plus the IS work) and then SB(it will train the rebounding and ID plus pitiful SB needs work ASAP)....and then passing.

Maybe like this:
This Friday....what ever you have planned because it is already Thursday
next Friday....passing(just to get it off level 1)
July 12th......SB
July 19th..... 1 on 1 Fs
July 26th......Passing
August 2nd....Rebounding...All Star week...only two games
August 9th....1 on 1 Fs
August 16th...SB
August 23rd...passing
August 30th...JR(this is because I hate atrocious')
September 4th....last training of regular season...I would do a ID training to clean up the sub levels in ID from the SB training.....Offseason I would hit his ID until Strong
In my opinion, this will put bandaids on some of the holes and get you a decent 19 yr with a good base.
In fact, I have a player that looks just like yours coming into the Nippon U-21 teams next season(MVP and 7)
This is what he could look like with at least a level 4 trainer and good starting sub levels

Jump Shot: inept Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: average Handling: strong
Driving: average Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: strong Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: awful Free Throw: mediocre
