The math works that its optimal to replace a trainer every 2 seasons. Usually in the 15-35 K signing range you can find a trainer that costs 12-14 K per week. You can keep him until he costs around 19K per week.

I just don't see how superior trainers are better than advanced. Unless you are training a MVP+ Pot player until he is capped.

I know. I suggested around mvp. Personally I'm doing mvp atm because I wanna train some good long term players. All personal choice in the end

If you keep trying there's no way you should have to pay more than $25,000 for an advanced trainer with a low salary (In the 15000 range)

That's probably true, I ended up getting a superior one for 20k salary, which is probably why it costs quite a bit more.
