In Japan, we have a player with 133 TSP...Not bad for a small nation with limited draft picks.

the best turkish player. total 134(27yo) also 3 skills are close to pop. (19352882)

An all primaries player does not get near 135 skills xD

Spain tops in 141 as far as I know.

Also, I dont know why TSP does not count FT and ST, as they are important skills.

Nope, its 141+12

Also, I did a free throw study its in spanish but the numbers are easy to understand (241752.1). As you can see FT can become worthless but you rarely see players who overtrain freethrow at NT level.

Also, how would you value experience? Would you pick a overtrained 1vs1 player with high TSP?
