Like what most people said, it depends on skill distribution. Since the salary per level increases exponentially, the more you specialize into one skill, the higher the salary.

I capped a perennial allstar SF at 43k salary. Very high skill count though, I couldn't tell you unless his current owner transfer lists him.

I have a perennial allstar PF/C @ 66.5k/wk with 47 inside skills (is/id/reb/sb) and 12 JS. He's not yet capped, which surprised me, buzzer-manager said he would be. (It does tend to trend low on cap predictions.)

Buzzer-manager I think uses the formula from coach parrot. Coach parrot was updated in dec for the changes in jr and sb. The salary for all of my players on buzzer-manager is pretty close to their real salary.

Pretty sure CP has updated salary and potential formulas. I don't see why buzzer-manager would update one and not the other if they are coming from the same place. ;)
