Motion or Patient might be better.

So is outside ISO the right way to go?

It might work. The thing is that you'll need other guys on the roster who'll hit jump shots if they're open, though. You may want to play him more at SF so he'll probably go against lower OD defenders, though hopefully he'll be doing a lot of slashing to the basket too.

I also think if you're training the 20yo that he desperately needs passing. His skills are low enough that he'll probably never reach his potential cap but if you're planning on improving his skills to improve your roster, that's a definite area of concern.

I don't think it going to work right now, you need to play motion or patient maybe to give your self a chance

Your stamina is very bad(sorry) and jump shots need your players in great stamina and also solid gameshape. Motion Is more mid range . Paitent might work for you more though. I would suggest "push the ball" once you get your passing up and stamina. game shape up..

Iso outside is a advance tactic, your need a real core of shooter and rebounders to play that also great offensive rebounders. a lot good team flow too. I think your stamina and game shape is too low right now. But if play it a lot then its all on you ..

but Paitent and motion is best bet.

If you mean to play outside isolation, so your star player take the most shots, than Patient is a tactic to go. Patient finds your best player. About inside and outside isolation tactics, I'm not that sure..
