They could set the situations before the game.
I am against the idea in overall but,
if it has to be implemented, it would be better this way.

No changes to anything that can change the game outcome. Just information about the tactics of both teams during games.. Seems awesome! I always find myself wondering if did I hit/miss GDP and it is logical if it's revealed after some minutes.
