I don't think he is asking for training advice, I think he just wants to know the training distribution for 1v1 training. Could be wrong, but I don't think the intention was to provide his trainees skills and receive advice on what 1v1 training to do.

E.B.W. is right. I'm just wondering what the training distribution is with all 3 types. There was I post I saw a while back that had it, but I can't find it.
