I scouted one third of the players in my draft, and they are all guards with only one SF and one PF. Why so guard heavy? Is this random?

Weird question. For the draft page, is it the same order for every player in that league? Player 1 to 48, is the order that it is listed the same for everybody? Ie. Your player 1 is also my player 1?
