Okay then...

I've gone through our team in a bit of depth, and have had a close look at each of the players. I've divided them up into three tiers, in order of importance to the team. Tier 1 players are key to the success "THIS" season, tier 2 - key back-ups, future important players. Tier 3 - unless their skills change considerably, they're unlikely to get much time... this season.
IF you have any questions about your player, don't hesitate to contact me! Remember, the following is for this season... but for interest's sake, I've underlined the players that are Superstar or above in pot (and thus, could have importance for the NT).

Tier 1: Denjiro Yamanaka (21); Tsugahara Sugihara (20); Hayuma Kimiyama (20); Nobuo Ikeuchi (21); Ko Maruya (21); Takeshi Satoh

Tier 2: Ed Okeefe (20); Hinata Agano (19); Shintaro Kikuchi (20); Fumikazu Mitsuki (21); Yutaro Ogura (21); Masayoshi Nakata (20); Kei Egawa (20)

Tier 3: Yusaku Oyanagi (19); Kouki Kamioka (20); Masateru Kitahara (19); Motoyuki Yoshimoto (20); Eriya Aoki (19)

I'm pretty enthused about this group. We've some major holes, but if players are well-trained... could be a good season next year.
Of a bit of a concern is the lack of MVP (3) or higher (none) players we have. That doesn't bode well for the NT.

Important: if you have a player on this list who you aren't going to train, or if you have a player 20 or younger with Superstar or higher potential - please contact me!!!

Are there any MVP + guys on teams likely to go bot? Might be worth adding them even if they get no training for half a season.

Not unhappy with our performance against Australia, but GEEZ did they have a big last quarter.
Easier games coming up - tho' nothing "easy" per se.
Iran (#35) - wins against Pakistan & Kazakhstan. Big center... I'd guess strong primaries.
Indonesia (#41) - a win against Pakistan -- good side, some very strong players.
Pakistan (#96) - losses to Iran/Indonesia. Not so strong... we should win this one.
Kazakhstan (#79) - losses to Australia/Iran. Not a bad team, but it's one that's within our capabilities.

My goal's to try and sneak a victory in within the next two matches. Try and finish 3-3. That'd be a good finish for us (and performing better than expected). Beyond that would be gravy.

Who is the world's most expensive U21?

No win but I think the team did really well.

Sigh... losses to Iran and Indonesia - not totally unexpected, but I did have hopes. Tied game after 3Q, and then outscored by 5.

I'm quietly confident about the next two games - Kazakhstan with the surprise walkover win over China has me thinking that something is fishy there about where they want to finish (I hate that kinda stuff), and next up Pakistan.

Keep those pops coming, and GS in order!!

Well... crap.

I missed a scrimmage opportunity through not paying attention (or close enough attention) to the game dates.
Ugh... I'm sorry all.

And that's that. We won the games we should have won, and lost those we should have lost.
Unfortunately, the gap between those two groups remained a little too large for us *this* season, and we'll finish just outside of the four.

Some good players sticking around for next season. We could have a pretty good team. Work those pops, guys!
