Sorry about that, I haven't checked whose players they were. The point is that I already made changes in the game engine to make sure it doesn't happen again (so no need for people to train stamina to prevent this specific situation).
Since there are no modes of substitution to switch to, the only reasonable explanation was to look at their stamina, all together. I've changer the values that fouled out, injured players and lucky fans get initially and made them much lower than before, hence I believe this should prevent the same situation from happening again.
