I guess a huge chunk of small country DIV I and II teams are sitting on huge mountains of cash - how else could we see the transfer prices skyrocket that bad.
My team is cash strapped and I will continue to make truckloads of money, as I don't need to overspend on salaries to compete and eventually promote (which I don't want actually).
I would`t be surprised if there were teams with couple dozens or even a hundred millions in savings.
