Are you saying you train 2 different players each week until you have gone through everyone one your team, then start again. If so you wouldn't end up with anyone who is that good.

Well right now its ONLY my pf...age 20, 6-10 his id is sensational whiched pop a few times over this season, his js is strong but passing is a 2....his inside shot is prominent, shot block is proficient while his rebounding is respectful.

I'm sorry I am also training another 19 year old power forward with star potential... I am training both of them this week one on one and playing them at point guard and shooting guard in scrimmage tomorrow night... Please shed some light on my training issues if you can... I don't really train veterans just my young guys which as you can see is only a couple right now. Thanks for all your help and advice

Am I correct in my conclusion that one on one training doesn't have single position or an I missing something? I also want to train PF but the only options I see are C/PF or forwards. Which would be better to use?
