first you should decide what kind of player you want when you finish his training, considering his potential and height (cause of effect on training speed).
You can use salary calculator to see how much training he can get with his potential http://buzzer-manager.com/.

Then you can plan your training better in long term. I would suggest rebounding, 1 on 1 and passing for this season.

You can still train all three guys at single position. If your top 2 guys don't get 48+ then you can take minutes away from your third trainee.
