Yeah he is tanking, but still taking max profit winning some cup games. I don't think you should be allowed to play only 3 players at a game, if you have more than 5 in your team...
I agree, and to discourage it further... I think what should happen is 2 of the non-dressed players are chosen at random, and forced to play whatever position was initially blanked.
