Did your trainee get in foul trouble? I wouldn't use the sit them in case of foul trouble option.

nope, they have less than 2 fouls per game...and I wrote wrong in previos post, I use let them play instead sit them...

other thing that cross my mind is low stamina, 3, 3 and 4, but players from other managers have better stamina, and same problem...
also, I have lvl7 trainer, and training stamina is not an option for now, all 3 of them are top U20 prospects, and there is no time to waste in this stage of their career (18, 19 and 20y old)...

The only thing you really can do to ensure that your players doesn't get subbed is to make sure that you don't gave any player that doesn't have a position on the field and also make sure that no player is only set as a reserve.
The only thing after that is to control how much you win a game by. A tight game or a game where you lose will most likely result in 48+ a majority of times.
This may only be easy to actually do in the scrimmage game though.

as I already wrote, 9 players in roster

A A A
B F F
C G G
D H H
E I I

A is trainee, from B to I are other 8 players, 4 starters and 4 subs/reserves...

maybe I should try coach picks from depth chart instead of strictly follow depth chart?

foul trouble is always let them play...

it's hard to have close games every week, and I don't want to lose too many games...
my team is in rebuilding process, not tanking mode...
