This change comes in very handy for my teams. Both teams are build on players with a certain amount of JR. So for everyone who trained JR during the last seasons and has strong inside defenders, this change brings just another useful tool to dominate (or at least play better) against inside teams.


My Utopia team may rise to 4% shooting from three now, as I'm not focusing in the least on JR there. For my primary team, it could be fun.

If they take a look at James Harden and adjust OD accordingly, we might see some Golden State shooting.

I doubt many people will change their minds on building their teams due to this little tweak.


I am sad to say I agree. In the end, you have to make a significant and dedicated effort to train players to be effective outside shooters, while the standard guard builds need to spend no extra effort whatsoever to be very effective defensively against outside shooting.

Salary formula and OD are the two building sites that need some attention. JR is the most uninteresting skill right now.
