This is very interesting. Does this 10% of share goes fully to a particular skill (chosen on random) or it is distributed to multiple skills (equally or not). Say, with training GS 90% of the effect goes to the GS, and 10% goes to jump range (random), OR 10% is then shared among jump range, passing, stamina...

I think what you're referring to is that cross training benefits balanced players the most. A player that is not well balanced loses more than 10% of their primary training which goes to an unrelated secondary skill. However, a balanced player loses a much smaller percentage of their primary training but still receives the same 10% cross training benefits.

From the game manual about cross training:
For the average player in the game, this[cross training] will result in approximately 10% slower training in their primary skill than before, and additional training in other skills approximately corresponding to that 10% loss. A particularly well-rounded player will continue to receive cross-training but will see a much lower reduction in primary skill training, while a particularly one-dimensional player will see a larger loss.

Really? I always thought that balanced players get the most training since all players get the same cross training but more balanced players also get more primary training.

Look what the game manual says about this:
A particularly well-rounded player will continue to receive cross-training but will see a much lower reduction in primary skill training, while a particularly one-dimensional player will see a larger loss.

Also
players will always receive a set amount of cross-training

The manual does say that balanced players get more primary training but it doesn't say anywhere that they get less cross training, in fact it suggests that all players get the same cross training since the cross training amount remains constant. Of course, if you have inside information on this topic then I'd love to hear it.

And it would be strange to give more training to some players.
