I am not sure the BB's are fully aware of how much delayed training annoys their player base.
I'd say it easily outweights any gain they get from the recent new additions.

In Poland the training should take place a couple of minutes before 11 a.m. I actually schedule my meetings at work to have some free time then. Very annoying...

I quit this game 5 or 6 years ago because of all the bugs, training delays, random losses and awful inability to manage minutes (leading to me losing weeks of training on my players because of this garbage) and to my surprise it's still the same thing after so many years. No wonder this game has lost so many players.
