Hello guys. I has a huge experience in buzzerbeater community, you can see it i am the oldest member from all the candidats for thia position.
First of all i want to train a national team which has a lot of good players (i was a team manager of Pakistan U21 but they i have only 6 or 7 available players).
If you will vote for me I can guarantee that i will lead my team to the top 40 (now we are at top 62) and i hope we will secure the best position of South Africa history in the African Cup.

I think that coach of U21 and coach of NT have to work together. In a small nation in terms of players as South Africa, we can’t focus only on building players for the NT.

It’s normal that there is a gestation time for players between U21 and Senior team. And sadly, players aren’t train after 21. So let them play in U21 if they have the level for.

I don’t want to weaken U21 team. But let’s work together to prepare best potentials to be part of NT in the future and to have the best players available.

Jesmara and his crew get my endorsement. While turning the overall nation into a juggernaut might not be realistic there is enough passion and acumen to turn both squads into consistent winners of Afrobasket gold and in time to build on both fronts to better compete on a world stage.
