well, last year ASB they said it would slowly and gradually go back to normal speed (since it was doubled at S3 ASB)

so I guess it's just gradually and slowly going back to normal speed... probably!

its not going BACK to the "old" normal, it is going to a "new" normal. if i remember correctly the "new" normal is 1.5 times the "old" normal.

Today I trained Free Throws for the first time and got only 2 pops out of 13 players... Is this normal? How many pops can I expect next Friday?
