I wouldn't call it law of averages because that would indicate training is random. Its simply all your players had low sublevels, now they have higher sublevels. After next FT training sublevels will increase again and should cause a pop.

Training is getting apsurd.
24 year player, superstar potential. Without a pop of any skill entire last season. Been trained one position hole season. Trainer lvl 4.
At the same time, in the beginning of this season, my best and most expensive player, 34 years old, gets four drops in first two weeks at OD, from 19 to 15.
In two weeks in a row.
24 year one, still no pop-up.

Thinking of selling everything and hibernate till they fix the game.

Well, Hadลพiabdiฤ‡ is most probably capped already. Not a surprise for a superstar with 120k salary...

Regular skill drops @ 34 are something you can expect as well and while it`s not nice to have two consecutive -2 OD drops, it`s not something that has not happened to others... Maybe a career extension coach would have helped somewhat.

Well, if you say so.
My opinion is that the game is definitely broken.
I have been playing this game for a while, and I really love it.
Haven't had such extreme experiences.

your 24 yo reached his cap and your 34 yo is getting old. both occurrences suck (albeit both are realistic) but there's nothing wrong or unexpected about any of them.
