When they changed the stamina at the end of Season 2 (so that lack of minutes had no effect on stamina), it was indicated that the range of minutes for maintaining GS had been broadened a bit. So I think maybe 40-90 will maintain, and a little bit outside won't be too harmful. You probably can't build GS up playing 30 every week, but it might not drop too much. On the other hand if a player is only targetted to getting 30 every week, there's going to be weeks when he gets 20.

Talking about minutes. I think i was sure that overplaying a player would not effect his training, but I'm not sure anymore. Does anyone know from experience that will effect the training? or just the gameshape.

Just game shape.

Once a player hits 48 minutes it's full training.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

Well I thought id done well this week to get everyone under 90mins... sadly 2 of my 87's went down to average when 2 players with 85 went up to strong..

So if I can I will be attempting to give my scrubs a bit more this week (despite Cup draw away to last seasons PO QFist) and give my first team 75-80.....

Can someone blow this theory out of the water...

Is it the combined total of minutes or could it be the amount of games someone featured in... ie 4x21mins or 2x42.. are you 100% certain this would give the same GS result?

My cup game was against another D.III team, on the road and it went to 2OT, so I had lots of minutes.

75,79, and 80 to strong.

48,53,64,67, and 101 at respectable.

87 to average.

0, 0, 11, and 106 to mediocre.

So 100+ is not necessarily bad, but it can be.

Is it full training even if those 48 mins were divided among different positions?

If those different positions are selected for training, yes.
