Your hybrid model training sounds like a great idea and I hope the developers take it into serious consideration!

Another way to tackle the inside tactics problem and make the game more balanced is probably to make JR gradually cheaper season after season so that more and more outside teams will emerge. Or maybe make IS for guards really expensive after a certain level. Inside tactics right now draw much more fouled shots than outside ones

I could imagine a hybrid model where minutes during both league games contribute to one training type.

big thumbs up for that

IMO BB dont have to change anything about this...but they need to add another alternative way to build a Player... Especially to Bigmen Projects.

If Handling is a necessity to build Guards/Wings. How about adding Elasticity for building Bigmen.

I don't know why elastic effects were introduced in the first place. I guess it was because back then monoskill training dominated the game, and elastic effects were introduced in order to get more diversity in the build of the players.

But, if that was the case, it had to be very very long ago. Because salary prevents monoskill training since many years ago.

So now, instead of encouraging diversity, elastic effect forces all players to train basically in the same order, and it even forces a limited range of level for Ha and Dr. Which then forces a limited range of values for passing also.

So yes, they should progressively reduce all elastic effects to zero because they make no good and they make a good deal of harm. And yes, among all elastic effects, the handling elastic effect is the most harmful.

So this leads to the whining about drafted player potentials and cost of scouting. Indeed it's led BB-Justin to suggestion that we should get even more information on draftees.

I agree on most of the arguments sir... can you link us to what BB-Justin's suggestion sir that you are referring too? I can't remember it... Thanks

But what I recently read from him is:

(311705.55)

In my opinion, it should be a little easier to scout for the best players. It would make the draft more interesting and more managers would actually scout.

It also could be achieved by Increasing the Scouting Points gain per Week with the current Prices.
or Implement some of the existing suggestions there is Like...
-Trading for Scouting Points
-Per Conference Draft Pick Trades
-New set of Box Score of the scouted Draftees every week
-and some others that I haven't mention

All in all... It is also in my oppinion that Scouting Draftees should be improved to make it more easier...
