My main target is to train Vidma and the two U21 guards. Vidma needs his guard training for 2-3 more seasons, so I am sure, I will lose games because of my training live up. For the rest.... let's

Yup - funny thing. However, my focus was more on the BBM competition. The championship is only an annoying side show and a plot to present my worst players. So you can stay completely relaxed and set up your b-players.
