Thanks for the feedback! I suppose the aggression trait would only be impacted if a therapist is employed. Potential downside to that would be purchasing a player that needs a therapist but not knowing that fact. But I guess that’s the case IRL, you don’t know he is a hothead until he’s on the team.

Social media manager and Content editor. This specialist is responsible for the social media of both the team and the players. He does mostly video and photo editing and takes care of the the team social media pages, player's profiles etc. He will post photos and clips from pre-season training camp, Q&A with the players, road trip videos, game-recaps, content from player envolvement in charity events etc. They increase merchandise income in the Team sales and Player Jersey Sales department.

I like the idea, but I think this is already accomplished with the Merchandise and TV arena upgrades. Would this staff be different from those?

No, this is not an infrastructure, but a personnel you could hire and it should work like the Youth trainer, but instead of helping the Trainer it helps the PR manager. High level Social Media Manager working together with a High level PR Manager could return a value you are now getting with the Arena and Merch store infrastructure. It can equip a relatively new managers not to wait for 10 seasons to be competitive compared to the older managers who have those infrastructure.

Edit: it also brings new dynamics with the PR manager which has been the most depreciated staff members. Managers are practically day-trading PR managers looking for those basic (2) level cheapest ones with the speciality they need for their next game. Is that what a PR manager should do? I think it is a flawed aspect of the game. With the Social Media Manager being tied to the PR manager, it means if you continue to do the day-trading for the "speciality" you would be losing on revenue. Yes, the Social Media Manager can only add a value on the top of what his boss the PR manager can make. Level 7 Social Media Manager with level 2 PR manager would not be as profitable as level 5 Social Media Manager working with level 4 PR Manager... I'm just brainstorming here

I think the flaw in this personnel according to your goal to better equip newer managers with higher TV and Merch sales is that newer managers don’t have the fan base, high salary players, or national players to make it a worthy investment, which is why most managers ignore higher level PR Manager staff until you get to the highest levels of BB where that % the PR Manager provides outweighs their salary. I would rather just give a buff to the PR Manager’s effects if BB wants to fix the problem with that staff. You have to be careful though, because a PR Manager buff (or additional staff as you’re suggested) may make it harder for newer teams to climb ranks because established top teams will be bringing in exponentially more money.
