I suggest training first C/PF inside defense and Rebounding, your team will score points any way but there will be a lot of points & rebounding against your team in first weeks. So, you have to reduce those points and having good rebounding players will increase your defense.
After your C/PF become solid in ID, Rb then go inside shoot training them, don’t worry about SG,SF and PG you can buy them from the transfer market old, cheep and ready players they can cover your OD & OS well.

One more important thing is if you get enough money hire solid trainer level 6 or above then you will get results fast.

Wish that will help you. Good luck.

Best way must be to focus on one or two positions and make sure you got players to train there. You should have young (preferably 18 year old) players that preferably got some potential. That will improve your team in the best way. For other positions you could either buy older good players which are rather cheap and still at a high level or keep your current players if you want to keep a high team morale. You can sell one or two of your trained players after a season or so and strengthen other positions.
