Sometimes you dont even need to give them the training ;-)

BUT sometimes you will get lumbered with them :-(

I think the game should have other limitation beside the % drop...

A newbbie who need to make many changes in his team to be competitive would be too penalized

There is even an limitation on current system that it counts your overall trades per 14 weeks, so if is that limit broked, the percentage increase... I think that should to more increase than in present and that could solve that problem

it would help if the number of transfers per weeks and the % drop would be in the rules...

i think team chemistry is the answer to this problem too...

in real life, players get noticed depending on their performance in the season, so what managers do is they let them play until their luck runs dry... then sell them in the offseason

in BB, some sell a player by just training him and letting him play full 48 minutes in scrimmage (thus, no exposure done).

i guess the only solution for limiting transfers, is team chemistry. chemistry can make or break a team, how teammates molds well, thus making more good days than off days... having a team with less chemistry would have the reverse result, having more off games than good games..
